By accessing or using BazaarPKMart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BazaarPKMart. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Each verified account may post up to 4 free ads per category per month. BazaarPKMart reserves the right to modify this quota with 30 days notice. Ads must be for items legally owned by the poster.
The following are strictly prohibited: stolen goods, counterfeit items, weapons, drugs, adult content, misleading listings, spam, and any item illegal under Pakistani law. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. BazaarPKMart does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All transactions are between buyer and seller.
Buyer Protection applies only to transactions completed through BazaarPKMart's official escrow payment system. We cannot protect payments made outside the platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described therein.
All content on BazaarPKMart — including logos, design, code, and text — is owned by BazaarPKMart and protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws.
BazaarPKMart is a classifieds platform and acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions between users, fraudulent listings, or misrepresentation by sellers or buyers.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
