By accessing or using BazaarPK.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

3. Listing Rules

• All listings must include at least one real photo of the actual item
• Listings must be accurate — misleading descriptions are prohibited
• Prohibited items: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, adult content
• Each user may post up to 4 free ads per category per month
• Listings expire after 30 days and must be renewed

4. User Conduct

• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Do not post spam or duplicate listings
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Report suspicious activity to our support team

5. Transactions

BazaarPK.com is a listing platform only. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We strongly recommend using our escrow service for added protection. We are not liable for losses arising from private transactions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or engage in harmful behaviour — without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

BazaarPK.com provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, conduct of users, or outcomes of transactions. Use at your own risk.
