We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, CNIC for verification), information generated by your activity (listings, messages, searches), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) to operate and improve the Platform.
Your data is used to: operate your account and listings, prevent fraud and enforce our policies, send transactional emails and notifications, improve our services through analytics, and comply with Pakistani law.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers who help operate BazaarPKMart (under strict confidentiality agreements), law enforcement when required by law, and other users only to the extent necessary for transactions (e.g. city/area of seller).
CNIC information collected for verification is stored encrypted, used solely for identity verification, and never displayed publicly. Only aggregate verification status ("Verified") is shown to other users.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted ads are removed within 30 days. You may request complete account deletion by emailing privacy@bazaarpkmart.com.
